Job summary

KONE is hiring a Site Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee elevator installation projects. You will manage safety, quality, and productivity on site, ensure correct installation practices, and coordinate with teams and customers to achieve milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, plus 3+ years' Elevators & Escalators experience, and strong leadership with English and Arabic skills. On-site position with a focus on safety and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong leadership and people management experience on-site.
• Excellent health & safety knowledge and practice.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Ensure correct KONE installation methods and proper risk assessments.
• Coordinate site readiness, logistics, and customer deliverables to KONE.
• Verify site execution plan and cost management during pre-delivery and execution.
• Manage materials, site storage, and Goods Receipt processes.
• Lead handovers to installation teams and subcontractors with clear scope and milestones.
• Promote lean improvements and empower the team to reduce waste.
