Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dubai to manage complex construction projects throughout the UAE. Responsibilities include managing repair and restoration projects, preparing contracts, and developing schedules. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, over 12 years of experience in the construction/restoration industry, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, with Arabic being preferred. Strong leadership skills and project management expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in the commercial construction/restoration industry.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred.
• Proven knowledge of construction project management and financials.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules in collaboration with leadership.
