Job summary

Senior Project Manager in Dubai, UAE is sought to lead complex initiatives across engineering, construction, and procurement. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and risk registers, and ensure compliance with contracting and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects through full lifecycle.

• Proven ability to monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks, dependencies and deliverables against plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change controls and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure activities comply with contracts, quality standards and procedures.
• Lead project teams and drive timely resolution of delivery issues.
