Job summary

Dubai Properties Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead major construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, manage schedules, risk, permits, and handover, and drive best practices in project management for the real estate development portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Construction disciplines.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12+ years of project leadership in civil/construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate job requisitions and coordinate with departments for services.
• Support project strategy and delivery to meet plans and budgets.
• Oversee execution, ensure contract compliance and scope adherence.
• Manage schedule, critical path, and proactive delay mitigation.
• Monitor costs, progress, and provide stakeholder reports.
• Secure NOCs/permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review contractor claims and interim payments per contracts.
• Evaluate on-site performance and enforce standards.
• Coordinate handover with operations and ensure DLP readiness.
• Consolidate reports for management reviews and stay current on best practices.
