Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of BTS projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality.

You will manage risks, cost controls, and approvals under UAE regulations, ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance, and report progress to senior management. This on-site role drives development of Dubai's city-facing projects.

Qualifications

Experience delivering developer-side projects from inception to handover.
Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and approvals.
Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of BTS projects in scope, programme, budget, and quality.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders through lifecycle.
Monitor progress, procurement schedules, design deliverables, and site productivity.
Manage risks, variations, claims, forecasts, and cost control with escalations.
Drive resolution of technical issues, RFIs, and approvals.
Oversee approvals, permits, inspections, utilities, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Oversee QA/QC, HSE, NCR closure, snagging, de-snagging, and close-out.
Prepare progress reports, cost and risk dashboards for senior management.
