Job summary

IFS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex strategic projects within the Aerospace & Defence Global Delivery practice in Dubai. You will oversee the full lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, and drive project success through effective stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (10 years) in managing mid to large-scale projects, preferably in commercial carriers, MRO or OEM environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and traditional approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in systems integration and data integration projects.
• Indepth understanding of core corporate platforms with a focus on SaaS solutions.

The Aerospace & Defense Global Delivery practice is responsible for delivering IFS Cloud implementation services and Success services to the six main subindustries within A&D which are Airlines Aviation Support Providers MRO Providers Manufacturers Defence Contractors and Defence Forces. Our global team executes large and small projects as well as supports Success engagements. We rely on a team of experienced consultants and project managers who specialize in our solutions and our delivery processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai UAE. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for leading and managing complex strategic projects that drive our companys growth and success.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including resource allocation timelines and risk management strategies
• Lead crossfunctional and multiplelocation teams fostering collaboration and driving high performance to achieve project objectives
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
• Mentor and guide junior project managers sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
• Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Proactively identifies and communicates opportunities and solutions to create efficiencies and values for customers

Qualifications :

• Proven experience 10 years) in managing mid to largescale projects preferably in commerical carriers MRO or OEM environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and traditional approaches
• Demonstrated experience in systems integration and data integration projects
• Indepth understanding of core corporate platforms with a focus on SaaS solutions
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project Jira or similar tools
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating crossfunctional teams
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities and project demands
