Job summary

IFS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex strategic projects within the Aerospace & Defence Global Delivery practice in Dubai. You will oversee the full lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, and drive project success through effective stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Proven experience (10 years) in managing mid to large-scale projects, preferably in commercial carriers, MRO or OEM environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and traditional approaches.
Demonstrated experience in systems integration and data integration projects.
Indepth understanding of core corporate platforms with a focus on SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Lead cross-functional and multi-location teams, fostering collaboration and high performance to achieve project objectives.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
