Job summary

Salt in Dubai is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to deliver complex digital platforms and enterprise technology projects for government and large enterprises across the UAE. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end delivery from initiation through deployment, and coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience managing software, technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record delivering custom software, enterprise platforms, portals, mobile applications or systems integration projects.
• Experience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong stakeholder management experience across clients, technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Previous experience working with government, semi-government or large enterprise organisations within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management and change control.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Background in technology consulting, enterprise software, systems integration or professional services.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy to recruit a Senior Technical Project Manager to deliver complex digital platforms and enterprise technology projects for government, semi-government and large enterprise clients across the UAE.
