Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a visionary Head of Project Management to lead Design and Multidisciplinary Design PM efforts across the engineering service line, delivering complex, fast-paced projects.

You will build and mentor a high-performing PM team, implement processes, manage multiple portfolios, and report to executive leadership while driving PM excellence and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification required.
• 15 years of project management experience with 5+ years in senior PM roles in Lead Design Management in the GCC.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale complex projects in GCC.
• Expert knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.

Due to internal restructuring and internal moves we are seeking a visionary and decisive Head of Project Management to join our dynamic organization in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing Lead Design and Multidisciplinary Design project management across the engineering service line ensuring the successful delivery of complex fast paced projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or construction managementrelated field; Masters degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in a senior project management role in a Lead Design Management in the GCC.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale complex projects in the gcc
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello)
• Strong skills in risk management budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop project teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management
• Experience working in diverse business sectors and adapting project management approaches accordingly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
