Confidential in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of luxury hospitality and high-end residential developments. You will lead design, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring brand standards and quality across all phases.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules in a fast-paced market, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or equivalent accreditation highly desirable.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery aligned with company objectives and brand values.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project programs, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, site due diligence, and design development.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health and safety requirements, and sustainability objectives.
• Support the development team manage multidisciplinary design teams to ensure outputs are timely and coordinated.
• Support the review of design documentation to ensure alignment with project brief, budget, and operational requirements.
