Qualifications

• 20+ years of proven experience in project engineering management.
• Experience in offshore oil & gas EPC Detailed Engineering.
• Extensive Middle East project experience (required) with Adnoc project experience (preferred).
• Experience managing multiple office engineering executions.
• Excellent inter-personal, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering scope of a project.
• Establish and implement project procedures to meet quality & technical content requirements.
• Manage technical execution to support project business considerations.
• Admin and technical management of the department.
• Allocate staff for Project Engineering positions on projects and proposals.
• Promote a safety as a value culture.
• Establish budget and salary plan for the department.
• Identify and recruit staff for Project Engineering positions.
• Maintain staffing levels and provide leadership for staff development.
• Coordinate with other departments, offices, fabrication and construction.
