Qualifications

• 20+ years of proven experience in project engineering management.
• Offshore oil & gas EPC Detailed Engineering experience (fixed platforms and pipelines).
• Extensive Middle East project experience (Adnoc preferred).
• Experience of multiple office engineering execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Discipline engineer background.
• B.Eng / B.Sc Engineering (minimum); Masters/ Chartered (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering scope of a project.
• Establish and implement project procedures to ensure deliverables meet quality and content requirements.
• Manage the technical execution to support business considerations.
• Administrative and technical management of the department.
• Assign staffing for Project Engineering positions on projects and proposals.
• Instill and promote “Safety as a Value” culture.
• Allocate resources to provide quality, on-time and cost-effective deliverables.
• Maintain the integrity of the work produced.
• Coordinate with other departments, offices, fabrication, and construction.
• Monitor project performance and participate in monthly reviews.
• Execute Project Engineering Assessment (PEA).
• Support proposal development and lessons learned processes.
• Ensure compliance with McDermott policies and procedures.
