Job summary

McDermott International, Ltd in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large EPC, EPFI, EPFC and FEED projects. You will drive pursuit, capture, execution, and delivery with bottom-line accountability for technical and financial performance.

Expect senior leadership across strategy, client relations, contracts, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, risk, forecasting and multidisciplinary execution.

Qualifications

• The candidate has EPC Project Manager experience with 15+ years in the industry.
• FEED Project Manager experience with 10+ years is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's or diploma in engineering; postgraduate management qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver EPC/EPFC/EPFI/FEED projects from pursuit to closeout.
• Lead project strategy, client relationships, contracts, HSE, cost, and schedule.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure performance against baseline objectives.
• Forecast risks, opportunities, and manage change with stakeholders.
• Direct project team and ensure McDermott policies and procedures are followed.
