McDermott International, Ltd is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer in Dubai to tackle complex process challenges and guide multidisciplinary teams across concept to detailed design. You will own large scope deliverables, influence project directions, and mentor engineers while ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Formación

• 20+ years of oil & gas/detail design experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design techniques, codes, and standards for offshore projects.
• Proven coordination and leadership abilities across multi-discipline teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses per design basis and standards.
• Lead and mentor engineers; manage discipline execution, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and other departments to ensure compliant deliverables.
• Prepare estimates, bid proposals, and budget planning for discipline activities.
• Participate in safety studies (HAZID/HAZOP) and design reviews to ensure quality and safety.
