Job summary

McDermott International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to forecast opportunities and steer complex EPC/FEED projects. You will negotiate with clients and suppliers, drive strategic execution, and lead project teams to achieve financial and technical success across all phases of medium to large projects.

The role requires accountable leadership for project performance, from proposal through execution, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence within McDermott policies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in EPC PM with 8+ years as PM
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Lump Sum Turnkey EPC/EPFI projects worth $100m–$500m (typical).
• Oversee FEED execution and win-it strategy to meet contract goals.
• Direct project teams and engage client/subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Lead risk and opportunity management and forecasting.
• Prepare and issue contract-required reports and documentation.
