Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Document Controller to archive and maintain project documents and drawings. You will manage reception, scanning, and distribution to relevant teams while ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in any discipline and about five years in a similar position, preferably within construction or contracting, to support quality standards across our UAE operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Construction or Contracting industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s standard operating procedures for submission of all documents.
• Type, format, proofread, and edit all correspondence and other documents.
• Receive, scan, and distribute documents to concerned employees.
• Ensure documents are dispatched to recipients in a timely manner.
• Maintain and classify drawings (e.g. workshop drawings, as-built).
• Maintain and update a drawing log and update periodically.
• Locate and retrieve documents/drawings requested by authorized users.
• Maintain an effective tracking process for all incoming and outgoing project-related documents.
• Ensure all documents and drawings remain confidential.
• Ensure documents are submitted in accordance with quality standards and punctually.
