Sisco Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE is recruiting for a Project Cost Controller for an Oil & Gas/EPC client. You will manage budgets, commitments, actual costs and forecasts across projects, ensuring robust cost control.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years of cost control experience in Oil & Gas/EPC, plus hands-on budgeting, reporting, forecasting and EVA. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel and ERP systems is required, and ADNOC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Project Cost Control experience in Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Hands-on budgeting, reporting, forecasting, EVA, and progress measurement.
• Experience with ADNOC or major EPC projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, commitments, actual costs, and forecasts.
• Prepare regular project cost reports, highlighting variances.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts to support financial control.
• Perform cost variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct earned value analysis and support progress measurement.
• Coordinate cost information with project controls, planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor financial performance and identify potential overruns.
• Support management with accurate cost-control information for decisions.
