Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Program Manager to drive seller fees and incentive initiatives across the UAE and regional markets. You will own monetization programs, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex marketplace initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, a track record in program delivery, and the ability to manage multiple regional streams with precision and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, macros, and complex formulas.
• Experience building financial or operational reports and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of seller fee, promotion, and incentive programs across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkiye.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Program Managers, and business teams to implement regional monetization strategies.
• Build structured reporting that enables business teams to understand program performance.
• Develop SQL capability to create queries supporting incentive analysis and monitoring.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track promotional effectiveness and KPIs.
• Translate complex data findings into practical recommendations for leaders.
