Key Responsibilities
  • Develop economic frameworks for evaluating proposed changes to marketplace fee structures.

  • Step beyond immediate symptoms to understand wider marketplace implications before recommending changes.
  • Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Technology, and other teams to identify fee-related challenges and emerging priorities.
  • Ensure marketplace fee strategy remains aligned with broader MENATR business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional agreement on fee decisions, execution plans, and measurement approaches.
  • Collaborate with Amazon fee teams in other marketplaces to exchange learnings and develop common frameworks.
