Key Responsibilities
- Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate changes to marketplace fee structures and fee magnitudes.
- Analyze the impact of fee recommendations on seller economics, Amazon business performance, customer experience, and long‑term marketplace health.
- Communicate trade‑offs clearly so leadership and cross‑functional teams can prioritize the most critical and impactful work.
- Investigate business problems at the root level by using data, context, and structured analysis to identify practical solutions.
- Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, and global fee teams to understand pain points, emerging priorities, and execution constraints.
- Ensure regional fee strategy and implementation remain aligned with wider marketplace objectives and business priorities.
- Drive alignment across teams by converting complex fee topics into clear recommendations, mechanisms, and decision narratives.
- Collaborate with fee teams across other Amazon marketplaces to share learnings and develop common frameworks, standards, and operating mechanisms.
- Improve fee‑setting processes across business assessments, fee change execution, monitoring, audit checks, and seller communication.
- Identify opportunities to simplify fee‑related workflows and improve seller experience, transparency, and clarity on fee topics.

Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, technology, strategy, marketplace operations, or commercial analytics.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy, program definition, business mechanisms, or strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights, clear written communication, and structured recommendations.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to understand economic trade‑offs for sellers, customers, and marketplace growth.
