Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze KPIs, SLAs and cost data; travel up to 40% across UAE and MENA.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance, cost, and capacity across external fulfillment and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor provider performance against KPIs, SLAs, customer experience measures, and targets.
• Analyze delivery and fulfillment data to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Develop corrective action plans with 3PL partners when service levels fall short.
• Lead relationships with external providers and ensure accountability for performance.
• Travel regularly to 3PL sites, Amazon facilities, and other locations in UAE and MENA.
