Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years Amazon experience.
• 2 years of employee and performance management experience.
• 1 year of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (local UAE and wider MENA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, cost and capacity of external fulfillment 3PL partners.
• Monitor customer experience and delivery performance; develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PLs.
• Lead major projects within MENA Operations Fulfillment/Supply Chain/Transportation.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with Amazon Global Logistics to optimize import container flow.
• Contribute to contract negotiations with external fulfillment partners.
• Prioritize projects and software feature requests; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Establish strong communication across Amazon Retail and external fulfillment teams.
