Job summary

PayTech Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Prepaid Card Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a new prepaid program, from CVP design and regulatory readiness through BIN setup, scheme onboarding, go-live, and post-launch optimization.

You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, risk, marketing, and operations, ensuring seamless wallet integration with digital payments and strong portfolio performance in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in card product management, prepaid/digital payments, or fintech with at least 3 years focused on card issuing or prepaid product lifecycle in the UAE/GCC.
• End-to-end prepaid product launch experience (CVP design through go-live) in UAE market.
• Professional proficiency in English; immediately available or 30-day notice period.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prepaid card product lifecycle from CVP design to go-live and ongoing optimization.
• Translate CVP into clear requirements, features, pricing, and servicing models for the platform’s user segments.
• Design and execute customer acquisition and activation strategies to maximize activation and first-transaction usage.
• Monitor portfolio performance and P&L; optimize profitability and sustainability.
• Coordinate with scheme partners on pricing, compliance, and certifications; ensure alignment with card networks.
