Job summary

Superchat is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design for web and mobile, shaping AI-powered experiences and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

You will lead user research, create scalable design systems, and translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces while balancing user needs with business goals. Prototyping, testing, and mentoring others are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and high-quality visual execution.
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, IA, and usability best practices.
• Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Prototypes, and Dev Mode.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.
• Design intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders to define strategy.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Design AI-first experiences including conversational interfaces and automation.
• Create user journeys, IA, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Advocate for user-centered design balancing business goals and feasibility.
• Use product analytics and customer insights to improve usability.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture.
