Job summary

Superchat is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process across the Superchat product. You will combine UX thinking, visual design, user research, and product judgment to create intuitive, scalable, and commercially effective experiences.

You should thrive in a fast-moving product environment, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver production-ready interfaces while contributing beyond screens.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or related field.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end digital product design and measurable impact.
• Strong proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to final UI and implementation.
• Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Design responsive experiences across web and mobile products.
• Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, design, development, and release.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
• Use product data and feedback to continuously improve experiences.
• Build and evolve design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.
