Job summary

Careem is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own an area of the super app, shaping strategy and execution at scale. You’ll work with design leadership to set vision, drive multiple workstreams, and influence product and engineering leaders.

You’ll leverage AI-enabled prototyping, validate with user research, and deliver end-to-end experiences that improve user outcomes and key business metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping digital products at scale.
• End-to-end design expertise from concept to launch with measurable impact.
• Fluency with design systems and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and ability to influence product and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own design for a major area of the super app, shaping strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align vision and delivery.
• Prototype rapidly, validate with users, and iterate based on feedback.
