Job summary

Superchat is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design for web and mobile, shaping AI-powered experiences and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

You will lead user research, create scalable design systems, and translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces while balancing user needs with business goals. Prototyping, testing, and mentoring others are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and high-quality visual execution.
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise software, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, IA, and usability best practices.
• Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Prototypes, and Dev Mode.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. You'll play a key role in shaping our product vision, designing world-class AI experiences, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, testing, and delivery.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders to define product strategy and translate complex requirements into simple user experiences.
• Lead user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and data-driven design improvements.
• Design AI-first experiences including conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, automation, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and component standards in Figma.
• Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
• Use product analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and adoption.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing a strong design culture.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem solving, and high-quality visual execution.
• Experience designing Saa S, B2B, enterprise software, AI products, or complex digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Interactive Prototypes, and Dev Mode.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile product environments.
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern design patterns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, LLM applications, or automation platforms.
• Experience working within fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and scalable design systems.
• Experience with usability testing, product analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience is a plus.
