Job summary

Globant in Dubai is seeking an experienced AI Product Design Lead to shape high-impact digital initiatives. You will combine product thinking, human-centred design and AI to create intuitive AI-powered experiences for enterprise clients in the UAE.

The role demands senior design leadership, hands-on GenAI/LLM design work, and the ability to guide discovery through prototyping and delivery while collaborating with product, engineering and AI teams.

Qualifications

• Strong product design and UX leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products (GenAI, LLMs, conversational AI).
• Proven ability to take concepts from discovery to prototyping and delivery.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience leading designers and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience in government or large-scale enterprise transformations is a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Product Design / UX leadership experience
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, GenAI, LLMs, conversational AI or AI agents
• Strong 0-to-1 product design experience — from discovery and concept through prototyping and delivery
• Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences
• Experience leading designers and collaborating with Product, Engineering and AI teams
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Experience with government, large-scale digital transformation or complex enterprise environments is a plus
