Job summary

Brain Co. is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape the visual and structural design of AI-driven software for enterprise and government customers. You will own end-to-end design efforts, from research through testing, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver elegant, scalable solutions.

You will help evolve our design system, advocate for users, and work with innovative tools to redefine how Product Design functions within product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product design.
• Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that improve user productivity.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools such as Rive and Framer.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
• Experiment with AI design tools to shape design processes in product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into solutions.
• Design software experiences for enterprise and government environments emphasizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.
• Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
• Advocate for users by gathering insights and iterating based on data.
