Job summary

Parser in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and ship AI-powered mobile experiences for a global marketplace. You will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with product, engineering and data teams to deliver compelling user experiences.

The role requires 8+ years of UX experience, deep knowledge of conversational AI surfaces, and mobile-first design for fragmented sessions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design/UX experience.
• Experience designing conversational AI surfaces beyond standard chat widgets.
• Proficient in mobile-first interaction design for fragmented sessions.
• Fluent understanding of LLM capabilities and trade-offs.
• Based in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Experience designing for multilingual/Arabic RTL interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through prototyping, testing, iteration and launch.
• Shape intuitive AI-powered experiences, translating capabilities into simple customer interactions.
• Design mobile-first journeys that help customers explore, refine needs and take action.
• Reimagine digital experiences across search, personalization, account journeys and new interaction models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data to solve complex problems and rapidly bring high-quality experiences to life.
• Apply visual and interaction design details, motion and micro-interactions across mobile and web.
• Prototype, experiment and iterate using feedback and data to improve the product.
