Worley is seeking a Lead Procurement Engineer for an on-site Abu Dhabi role. You will develop and govern procurement plans, review contractor plans, and ensure timely execution of procurement activities across FEED and EPC phases.
You will lead a multidisciplinary procurement team, monitor risk, and coordinate with clients and EPC partners to meet project milestones in the GCC region.

Lead Procurement Engineer will help developing integrated Procurement related plans and procedures supporting organizational strategies. The role will require managing and control Procurement Process and Execution within PTS projects, providing support and expertise to help achieve organizational goals and objectives.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. ADNOC and Offshore project experience is preferred.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills Minimum 15 years of work experience with FEED/EPC projects. 5+ years of GCC/ADNOC experience is preferred. Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a similar position on international Oil & Gas projects. Experienced in working on large and mega projects with international and multicultural teams. Experience gained in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industries is highly valued. Very good knowledge of all procurement-related aspects. Independent in executing all assigned procurement tasks and responsibilities. Able to quickly process procurement-related tasks as assigned. Able to guide, lead, and advise on any procurement-related matters. Task-driven individual, able to successfully interact with all team members from the Client, PMC, Contractor, and EPC organizations. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
