Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team requires a Lead Process Engineer for an Offshore Island Project based in UAE (Abu Dhabi) with plans to relocate to Spain and return to Abu Dhabi.

You will lead process engineering for ADNOC Offshore projects, manage design deliverables, ensure safety and cost effectiveness, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams through FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning and start‑up phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Master’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering is an advantage.
• Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for offshore oil & gas development projects.
• Review and manage process deliverables: PFDs, P&IDs, HMB, and datasheets.
• Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus or UniSim.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, API, ASME, ISO, IEC.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across teams.
• Mentor and supervise process engineers and graduates.
