Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead Process Engineer for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead process engineering across FEED to start-up, ensuring safe, reliable operation and adherence to ADNOC standards.

The role requires 15+ years in offshore process engineering, with strong design, HAZOP/HAZID, and safety management capabilities. Collaboration with multiple disciplines and stakeholders is essential, with international standards guiding all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Chemical/Process Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or PE is desirable.
• Extensive offshore oil and gas process engineering experience (15+ years) with leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering for offshore facilities (platforms, subsea, central processing).
• Design, review and optimize PFDs, P&IDs, and process design basis documents.
• Support FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning and start-up activities; mentor juniors.
