Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of oil and gas or petrochemical process experience.
• 5+ years GCC experience preferred and offshore project exposure.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and HSE practices.
• Excellent time management and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EPC contractor deliverables to ensure quality, time, and budget.
• Review and approve process design and changes per project scope.
• Coordinate interface management between PMC disciplines.
• Lead process engineering reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and HSE requirements.
