Worley is seeking an Engineering Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead FEED and EPC design, controlling multi-discipline engineering activities and project delivery. You will coordinate feasibility studies and economic analyses while ensuring adherence to international codes and budget constraints.

The role requires 20+ years in oil & gas with GCC/ADNOC exposure and a strong leadership track record. Excellent English communication is essential for cross-functional collaboration on complex projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 20+ years of oil & gas experience, with GCC and ADNOC exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FEED/EPC design and detailed engineering for the project.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and technoeconomic analyses across multiple disciplines.
• Manage project plans, budgets and supervision to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards and project procedures.
• Provide input to lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
