Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design and technical execution for complex oil & gas projects. You will coordinate across disciplines, review vendor data, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality targets. Strong client communication and HSE compliance are essential.

You will contribute to bids, estimates and progress reports while supporting construction, commissioning and operations with expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of process design for offshore/onshore oil & gas.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and interface with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and technical execution for projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure successful delivery of deliverables.
• Review and approve technical documents and vendor data.
• Provide input into bids, estimates, budgets and progress reports.
• Support construction, commissioning and operations teams with technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
