Job summary

Worley Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design for complex oil and gas projects in the region. You will drive technically robust solutions, supervise designers, and ensure compliance with ADNOC VIP/VAP and API standards.

The role requires extensive experience in feasibility, conceptual engineering, and pipeline modeling, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel to sites as needed. You will report to the Senior Manager, Process Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in process design for oil and gas.
• Experience with HYSYS, PROII, OLGA and pipeline modelling.
• Chartered engineer status or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project scope, cost, and schedule are met.
• Lead process design and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and study documents.
• Participate in weekly discipline meetings and progress reporting.
• Review and approve technical documents and vendor data.
• Support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
