Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to ensure technical integrity and compliance with project codes and standards. You will oversee process design, monitor EPC contractor deliverables, and coordinate interfaces between licensors, contractors and the IPMT team on a major oil and gas project.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree, 15+ years in oil and gas, and strong knowledge of industry codes.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 year bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assurance and ensure compliance with codes, standards and design basis.
• Monitor EPC contractor deliverables for quality, schedule, and budget.
• Lead process engineering team, coordinate interfaces with licensors and contractors.
• Support project reviews and change management to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
