Job summary

Worley Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to lead discipline execution on major projects. You will supervise a team, ensure safe, compliant engineering, and deliver high-quality designs across the project lifecycle.

This role requires extensive experience, licensor process knowledge, and strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in NGL processing, gas treatment, and sulphur handling, with a track record of leading

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant discipline experience and 3+ years in project leadership.
Experience in risk management, quality, procurement, or construction execution.
SME level expertise in NGL Processing, gas treatment, and sulphur handling.
Experience with licensors' processes and integration into contractor engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide discipline team supervision on projects and deliverables.
Own discipline scope, cost, and schedule; ensure health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
Mentor and train team members; support performance reviews and capability development.
Contribute to project execution strategy and planning; manage change and budgets.
Lead large projects across multiple offices and coordinate cross-discipline work.
