Job summary

Standard Chartered in Dubai seeks a Senior Associate Director for Priority Banking. The role focuses on developing revenues, acquiring new customers, and managing relationships with high net worth clients.

You will drive the digital agenda, oversee risk controls, and lead a team to meet aggressive cross-sell targets while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. Office-based, permanent position.

Qualifications

• University graduate with proven sales and relationship management experience.
• Experience handling a wide range of Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
• Demonstrated sales planning capabilities and ability to deliver targets.
• Good understanding of UAE market, especially UAE-based HNI clients; multi-cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with Priority Banking customers to increase share of wallet and revenue.
• Deliver professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the portfolio to de-risk attrition and ensure stability of the book.
• Ensure compliance with processes and governance, including KYC/AML.
