Standard Chartered Bank in the UAE seeks a seasoned Sales and Relationship Manager to build and manage client relationships across the region. You will focus on onboarding new clients while servicing an existing portfolio through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The role emphasizes driving revenue, compliance with KYC/AML, and collaboration with risk teams to protect client and bank interests. Flexible working options are available within home and office locations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic plans for revenue growth and digital agenda.
• Generate new business to meet targets for customers, volumes and revenue.
• Onboard NTB customers through Branches & Direct Sales referrals.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage/ reduce complaints.
• Lead with example and collaborate with risk and control partners.
