Standard Chartered seeks a senior leader to head International Banking in the UAE, driving growth for Priority Private and International segments. You will lead cross-border teams across the Wealth Hub network, delivering superior client experiences, revenue growth, and robust risk & governance.

Responsibilities include shaping strategic corridors, coaching high-performing managers, and delivering globally connected wealth solutions to international and high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent with strong commercial focus.
• Proven ability to lead sales and relationship teams in wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and financial planning.
• Experience in cross-border wealth and private banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead International Banking team across UAE, Singapore, HK and Jersey.
• Drive growth via client acquisition, profitability, and portfolio expansion.
• Ensure cross-border service excellence and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk and Operations to deliver wealth solutions.
• Champion cross-border collaboration and corridor growth strategies.
• Develop talent and succession planning within the team.
