Job summary

Axon in United Arab Emirates is seeking a high-energy pre-sales sales engineer to drive technology demonstrations and assist sales teams in engaging leadership and staff.

You will master Axon product lines, conduct compelling technical presentations, and manage POC processes while collaborating with IT leaders, channel partners, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with significant travel expected.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in pre-sales or consulting in a customer-facing role.
• Background in networking, cloud, or storage technologies.
• Experience with public procurement in META is preferred.
• Advanced English and working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master Axon technologies and products for customer engagements.
• Lead business and technical presentations to leadership and staff.
• Engage IT leaders and channel partners in technical discussions.
• Set and manage expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Provide first-level technical support during pre-sales opportunities.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot logistics and tailor tests to customer needs.
• Develop technical docs and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Create SOWs for professional services as needed.
• Travel up to 70% and represent Axon at events.
