Job summary

Ghobash Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to design and position IT managed services aligned with client goals. You will bridge technical depth with business strategy, working with sales, solution architects and service delivery teams to develop proposals, conduct POCs and ensure SLAs meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has strong cloud, ITSM, cybersecurity, and digital transformation experience and can communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Masters preferred.
• 8+ years in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales or managerial role.
• Preferred: 10 years in IT service delivery with 5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Solution Development: Assess client requirements and analyze business needs.
• Design tailored managed services including cloud, security, ITSM, DevOps, data and AI.
• Prepare technical proposals, SLAs and pricing models.
• Sales enablement: support meetings, demos, and ROI business cases.
• Governance, risk and compliance integration (ISO27001, GDPR, NIST) in proposals.
