• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, site teams, and labor for efficient sequencing.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals; respond with timely technical feedback.
• Assess change orders; evaluate technical, schedule, and cost implications.
• Monitor budgets and CIS metrics; maintain financial control and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to codes and standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear accountability for outcomes.
