Salesforce, Inc in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor across presales and post-sales. You will shape solutions, deliver demos, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of Salesforce and related platforms.

You will combine deep platform knowledge (APIs, data, AI) with strong storytelling, engage with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and customer success teams to drive value realization and renewals.

Formación

6+ years in solution engineering or technical consulting with customer-facing experience.
Strong grasp of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data architectures.
Hands-on ability in at least one language and CI/CD concepts.
Proven ability to run demos/POCs and explain complex technology simply.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing without authority.
Collaborate across sales, delivery, and customer success.

Responsabilidades

Qualify opportunities and build winning strategies with Account Executives.
Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and technical workshops tied to business outcomes.
Present to technical and C-level audiences, including architecture reviews.
Hand over solution designs to delivery and support renewal opportunities.
Mentor SEs and stay current on platform, integration, API, data, security, and AI/agent technologies.
Capture customer feedback for product and engineering.
