Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a skilled Senior Solution Engineer to shape solutions across presales and post-sales, delivering tailored demos and winning architectures for enterprise customers in the UAE. You will combine cloud expertise with storytelling to engage executives and ensure customer success.

You will lead critical technical workshops, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with product teams to position the right solution, while mentoring junior SEs and staying current on AI/agent technologies.

Qualifications

6+ years in solution engineering or senior software roles with customer-facing experience.
Strong grasp of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and data architecture.
Hands-on ability in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript with CI/CD concepts.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing without authority.
Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Agentforce).

Responsibilities

Presales: partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and gather requirements.
Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and technical workshops aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Present to technical and C-level audiences, including architecture and security reviews.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and build solution designs, business cases, and ROI narratives.
Collaborate with product, specialist, and partner teams to scope and position the right solution.
Post-sales: hand over designs and context to delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
Act as a technical escalation point during implementation and validate architecture.
Support adoption, health checks, and value realization workshops with customers.
Identify expansion and renewal opportunities and coordinate with account teams.
Capture customer feedback and feed it to product and engineering.
Mentor SEs and share reusable assets like demos and reference architectures.
Stay current on platform, integration, API, data, security, and AI/agent technologies.
Contribute to communities of practice and enablement.
