Job summary

AL SAHRAA CONTRACTING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES - L.L.C. seeks an experienced Planning Engineer to lead master and baseline schedules using Primavera P6. You will review and monitor programmes across multiple projects, track progress, and prepare standard reports with KPIs and dashboards.

The role requires 10–15+ years in construction planning, strong knowledge of scheduling, S-curves, and delay analysis, with excellent coordination across Project Managers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field requires.
• 10–15+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, baseline programmes and EOT documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master and baseline programmes using Primavera P6.
• Review planning programmes for ongoing projects and monitor progress.
• Track planned vs actual progress and identify deviations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management progress reports.
• Prepare and analyze S-Curves, KPIs and dashboards.
• Monitor critical path and activities; identify risks and delays.
• Prepare recovery/mitigation programmes and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams; consolidate reports.
• Ensure compliance with planning/reporting requirements.
