Job summary

Tanqeeb in UAE is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for main contracting projects such as villas, hotels, buildings, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.

You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to hit milestones. A Civil Engineering degree and 12+ years of construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the construction and contracting industry.
• Proven experience with main contractors on villas, hotels, buildings, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in preparing baseline programs, recovery programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports.
• Solid understanding of project execution, construction sequencing, and resource planning.
• Ability to conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claims is an advantage.
• Familiar with contract requirements and project controls procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
• Track project productivity, resources, and manpower utilization.
• Support the preparation of claims, EOT submissions, and project control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project deadlines.
