The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, coordination skills, and a thorough understanding of construction workflows and scheduling methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), look-ahead schedules, and periodic progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to obtain accurate planning inputs.
• Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and delays; recommend mitigation measures and recovery plans.
• Monitor project performance against approved schedules and generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
